Swift Transportation is one of the largest full-truckload motor carriers in North America. The company focuses on providing reliable and efficient transportation services, and it operates a large fleet of trucks across various regions. A significant part of their operations involves Owner Operators, who manage their own businesses within the framework provided by Swift.
Swift Transportation's Owner Operators had long sought a tool to browse and select loads that aligned with their business needs. However, due to limited internal resources and competing priorities, the development of this Load Board application was re-prioritized. Although the project had been initiated internally, it was left incomplete, creating an urgent need to boost productivity for Owner Operators and increase marketability of the division’s offerings.
